Terms and Conditions

Weydaa is an Algerian classifieds platform that allows individuals and professionals to publish, browse and respond to sales, purchase, rental and service listings across Algeria.

• Registration is free and open to any natural person aged at least 19 residing in Algeria; it includes an age confirmation.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Only one account per person is allowed.
• Weydaa reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation.

By posting a listing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and honest information.
• Be the owner or have authorization to sell the described item.
• Not publish illegal, fraudulent, offensive or inappropriate content.
• Not publish misleading prices or descriptions.
• Respect the limit of 10 listings per 24 hours.

Strictly prohibited: weapons, drugs, prescription-only medications, protected animals, counterfeit products, sexual or hateful content.

Weydaa is an intermediation platform. Transactions are conducted directly between buyer and seller. Weydaa does not charge any commission and does not intervene in negotiations or payments.

Weydaa strongly advises against any advance payment or bank transfer without having inspected the item in person.

Every listing is analysed automatically when it is published (OpenRouter artificial intelligence service, which passes it to a Google model): if the analysis is favourable, it is published; otherwise a moderator reviews it and alone decides on any refusal. Your name, email and phone number are not sent to this service: do not put your contact details in the description. Any user can also report a suspicious listing; Weydaa reviews reports and may remove a listing without notice if it violates these terms. By default, “Featured” listings appear first in results.

Weydaa does not guarantee the accuracy of listings published by users. In case of dispute between users, Weydaa cannot be held liable. Weydaa may interrupt the service for maintenance without notice.

Weydaa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or notification on the site. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
